Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being received. Please note that orders placed on weekends, holidays, or when mail services are closed will be processed on the next business day.

Products Purchased Online
We want you to love your experience with Skin Clique. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds within 30 days of receipt.
Simply contact hello@skinclique.com to initiate the return process.
We will provide a prepaid return label to make the process as easy as possible.
Please note that while we are happy to accommodate returns, our products are designed to deliver results over time. We encourage thoughtful consideration before returning used products. This helps us maintain a high standard of customer service and product quality.
Products Purchased Directly From Provider
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds within 30 days of receipt for credit.
If you purchased a product from your provider, you can still follow the same return steps outlined above. However, for the best experience, we recommend reaching out to your provider first. They may be able to offer additional advice or suggestions better suited to help you achieve your desired results.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or products delivered more than 30 days prior to return initiation.
Sold-Out Products
If an item in your order is currently sold out, your shipment may experience a minor delay. For orders containing multiple products, we will ship the available items promptly and send the out-of-stock product separately as soon as it becomes available. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
